NWALA Mentoring Program
The Next Generation of Mentoring
Built for busy leaders.
Designed for meaningful connections.

Program Details
Mentees will be placed in a cohort of three or four mentees that will rotate through a series of experienced mentors.
Meeting virtually or in person, each cohort will meet once during each NSAA sport season on dates and times agreed upon between the cohort and mentor.
1
When does it run?
September 2026 through May 2027.
2
What does the commitment look like?
We know two things are true at the same time: you value connection and collaboration, but your time is limited.
That's why we've designed the NWALA Mentoring Program to be meaningful without becoming another overwhelming commitment.
Committing to THREE scheduled meetings will create a strong foundation, but that doesn't need to be the end of the conversations. Cohort members and mentors are encouraged to connect whenever necessary.
Our goal is simple: provide intentional opportunities for meaningful connections while respecting the demands of your professional and personal life.
3
Who can participate?
All NWALA members are eligible. Not a member? Membership is free. Join by completing the Membership form below.

How are cohort groups and mentors matched?
Our form will ask you some questions about your demographic information. NWALA will place you in similar cohorts and find the mentors that best suits your cohort.
